E-Statement Features

Bank of Putnam County E-Statements are a fast, easy and convenient way to bring statements home to you.

E-Statements allow you to have access to a collection of your bank statements from 2002 to your current bank statement. This collection will continue to grow as the number of your statement grows.

You will also have access to the front and back of your statement images from 2005 to your current bank statement.

You will receive an email on the first business day of the month notifying you that your current statement is ready to be viewed. You can then login to your Internet Banking account and print, view or save your statement and images.

One more thing, E-Statements are free!

E-Statements Minimum Requirements

• Eligible Bank of Putnam County account (checking, savings, money market, line of credit)
• Valid E-mail address that is able to receive notifications from Bank of Putnam County
• Internet Explorer 6.0SP1 or higher
• Ability to view "pop-up" or "java-script" windows
• Minimum screen resolutions setting 800x600 or above for optimum viewing

NOTE: An issue with Adobe Acrobat Reader 6 has caused some E-Statements not to open correctly within certain Internet browsers. To resolve this issue, we recommend you save the file to your hard drive first then open the E-Statement independently from your Internet browser. Upgrading Adobe Acrobat may solve the issue.
